We’ve launched JAAQ At Work, a new service available to new and existing SME IPMI customers in the UK.
Group members now have access to the JAAQ At Work platform – support that goes beyond insurance and specifically designed for the workplace. This includes video content on over 70 health and wellbeing topics from mental health and neurodiversity to diversity, inclusion and leadership.
Employers also gain anonymised insights into workplace wellbeing, helping them to better engage their people, and to tailor the support they offer to improve their overall culture. Helping employees to thrive and building healthier workplaces.
What is JAAQ?
JAAQ stands for Just Ask A Question. They’re specialists in creating workplace engagement experiences that encourage conversations around mental health and wellbeing like never before.
JAAQ At Work is a specialised engagement platform developed with Bupa that provides access to video content and expert advice for employees.
In July 2023, Bupa UK Insurance partnered with JAAQ to support employees through the JAAQ.org platform. In April 2025, Bupa Global launched JAAQ At Work to over 20,000 customers across Bupa Global Europe. Following this great success, we’re proud to expand JAAQ At Work, reaching more people with the information and support they need, when they need it.
